Case #111, T1 registered non-linearly onto T2. The grid was superimposed to visualize the shrinkage of the mass.

The first two movies show unregistered image volumes acquired in a 65-year-old female with a palpable 2.5-cm-diameter mass 8 days before (upper left, T1) and 29 days after (upper right, T2) the start of chemotherapy. By playing the movies simultaneouly, or navigating in the movies independently, the viewer can compare the scans and try to assess changes between Time 1 and Time 2.
In the third movie, T1 has been registered non-linearly onto T2 (right). The grid was added to visualize the transformation applied to map T1 onto T2. The original T2 (left) has been included in the movie to facilitate assessment of the registration quality. Note the deformation of the white grid lines on the right, which highlights the shrinkage of the mass between T1 and T2.
To move to a particular frame in the movies, or to scan through the volumes more rapidly, use the Fast Forward/Fast Reverse buttons on the lower right, or click on the sliding Position Indicator at the bottom and move it left or right with the mouse button pressed.
